In 1981, my father Robert Paquette founded Elite Management Inc. with a simple belief: he could deliver more value for his clients — and his family — by doing things the right way, under his own name. Over the years, his work ethic, straightforward honesty, and commitment to excellence earned him deep trust and long-lasting relationships. In 1994, the company was rebranded as Braden Equities Inc., named after his firstborn son.

I joined the business in 2005 — not in an office, but on the ground, removing garbage and shoveling snow. From there, I worked my way through almost every role: receptionist, assistant, junior manager, director, and eventually becoming an owner in 2016. In 2018, I took the lead on our growing Condominium Division and made the decision to spin it into its own company — Mission Management as of January 2024.

Mission started with just three people managing 18 properties. Through long nights, tough decisions, and the support of incredible people — including my wife Megan and our leadership team — we’ve grown into a modern, efficient, and values-driven company of over 20 team members. Our focus is on delivering lasting value, not only to our clients but also to our team members and their families.

We believe in doing things the right way — with integrity, transparency, and a long-term mindset. We’ve built a company culture where ideas are shared, wins are celebrated, and the best solutions often come from our team, not just the top.
