Our journey began in 1981, when Robert Paquette founded Elite Management, a family-owned business built on the values of trust, dedication, and community. In 1994, as we grew and evolved, we rebranded as Braden Equities Inc., earning a reputation as one of Alberta’s top management firms by 2002.

In 2024, we were excited to embark on the next chapter of our story with the launch of Mission Management.
