This well-rounded background gives her a comprehensive understanding of condominium operations from both a financial and governance perspective.
Sarah is recognized for her strong command of condominium legislation and her focus on ensuring compliance with the Condominium Property Act. She is currently pursuing her Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation, with a focus on alternative dispute resolution and mediation—further strengthening her ability to guide boards through complex situations with confidence and clarity.Â
Her approach to client service is grounded in respect, professionalism, and accountability. Sarah treats every property she manages with the same level of care she would expect for her own home, ensuring boards and owners receive consistent, thoughtful, and well-informed support.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly in her vegetable garden. She also enjoys biking, kayaking, and fishing with her husband and son.
