We recently sold our condo in the River Valley Condominiums downtown Edmonton. We’d been renting it out for 13 years, lived in the building for 4. I believe the people at Mission are the same people when under Braden Equities. The entire time we were involved with the building we had no issues with the former Braden, now Mission. They were always responsive to me as an owner. When the building flooded, they managed the repairs as expected, again without issue. At one point we had an extremely high maintenance, difficult tenant, who went after every involved stakeholder they could. Thankfully Braden/Mission were supportive and frankly sympathetic of our situation. We’re now out of the building, but wanted to note the great support of the Mission team as a single owner.

As a new and mobility impaired resident, I had many questions about the building, and a few requests - for an accessible parking space, an adjustment on the front door power assist timer (so I didn’t get clobbered on the way through), and for permission to build a small ramp outside my outer door. Mission responded quickly and positively. I happened upon the man adjusting the front door timer. He was kind and helpful, as was the site manager who programmed my number into the front door key pad for visitor access. I am very pleased with Mission and recommend them.
Highly recommend their service as i am satisfied with how they help me with my issues and with their excellent work.
Bill helped arrange the plumbing repairs, ensuring everything was done correctly and on time.
