With over two years of industry experience and a strong background in customer service, Joshua specializes in building lasting relationships and delivering a high level of service to boards and owners.
He is recognized for his ability to lead productive meetings, communicate clearly, and ensure clients feel heard and supported. Joshua takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach—anticipating issues, maintaining open lines of communication, and helping boards make confident, informed decisions.
In his role as Director of Client Development, Joshua plays a key part in strengthening client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the company through trust, responsiveness, and consistent delivery.
