She brings a strong operational mindset and a proven ability to manage a wide range of properties, from ski resort developments and lakefront communities to large-scale condominium complexes and high-rise buildings.
Dione is known for her proactive approach to maintenance planning and capital projects, ensuring that properties are not only well-maintained but strategically managed for long-term performance. Her diverse background—including 15 years running a tutoring business and over two decades involved in a family-owned landscaping and snow removal company—gives her a well-rounded perspective on both operations and client service.
She is approachable, professional, and consistent in her delivery, providing the same high level of service to every client regardless of property size. Dione focuses on clear communication, efficiency, and building trust with boards and owners.
Outside of work, Dione leads an active lifestyle and enjoys endurance sports including marathons and triathlons, along with CrossFit and pickleball. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her dog.
